Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal and leaves you with access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To restore a subscription on a new device, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore. It reads your Apple Account directly — there is no login and no password.
Refunds
Apple issues refunds for App Store purchases, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue one on your behalf.
Getting your data out, or deleting it
Everything the app knows about you is on your device and nowhere else. There is no account to close and nothing held on a server. Deleting the app deletes the lot.
A figure looks wrong
Please tell us, and say where you saw the better number. Published Scoville figures vary genuinely and widely, so we use commonly cited averages — but if a figure here is out of step with the sources, we would rather fix it.
